Since our inception, we have been committed to providing high quality, professional accounting, consulting and tax services to small and emerging businesses. Over the years, we have seen many changes in the challenges that our clients face on a daily basis and as such, looked for ways that we could continue to help them meet their needs. That’s why we were intrigued to learn of a new opportunity.

We recently had the pleasure of meeting Nick Lanese, a partner with Lanese & Associates, a similar-sized CPA firm located in Tampa. Nick told us about his unique affiliation with Cohen & Company, an Ohio based, full service accounting and consulting firm. This affiliation gave Nick the best of both worlds – the ability to manage his own local firm, while at the same time, offer clients a wide range of services and expertise that are typically only found through national firms.

We asked to be introduced to Cohen & Company, and as we learned about their operations, client service philosophy and unmatched technical depth, we knew this was an opportunity that we just couldn’t pass up. We are proud to announce the formal completion of our own affiliation with Cohen & Company.
