Jon, co-founder of Mercurio & Bridgford, directs the firm’s workflow and personnel supervision. His areas of expertise include estate and trust tax planning, small business management and individual income tax planning.
Jon earned his BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1972 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.

John, co-founder of Mercurio & Bridgford, directs the firm’s overall operations. His areas of expertise include medical accounting, restaurant accounting, non-profit accounting, condominium accounting, circus accounting, audit services, tax preparation, and planning for businesses and individuals including multi-state income, sales, fund and payroll tax.
John earned his BBA from Florida University in 1966 and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs. In addition, he serves on the advisory board of the Sarasota County Chamber of Commerce Arts Council and Pelican Man’s Bird Sanctuary. John is also a lifetime member of the Sarasota Jaycees and Florida Jaycees Senators.

Carl has been a member of Mercurio & Bridgford since 1982. His areas of expertise include business and personal taxation and planning, auditing and management advisory services.
Carl graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida in 1982 with a BA in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.

Jennifer has served as the primary staff auditor since 1998. Her areas of concentration include non-profit organizations and manufacturing corporations. Jennifer also maintains several bookkeeping clients and assists in preparation of business and personal income tax returns.
Jennifer graduated from Lakewood University in 1993 with a BSA in accounting.
